- We are having
speeches/presentations between the main meal and desserts. Will the

Our menus begin with pricing for 30 guests or more and we regularly cater
for functions of this size. No matter how many guests you have for
your function we will try to offer a solution.
Our quoted prices in most menus are based on adults. Anyone over
12 years old is charged at normal adult prices. Children under 12 years old
are charged at half the price of the adults main course
and all other courses are charged at normal prices.
GRiNNERS Catering philosophy is to make sure that there is enough
food for the biggest eaters and so we provide enough for guests to come
back for second and even third helpings. We don't want you to be embarrassed
by running out of food on your big day.
Unlike some caterers, we don't use your kitchen and facilities to prepare
your food. All food is prepared in approved kitchens and transported properly
to the function ensuring that proper cooking and storage temperatures are
maintained. At the function we are there to serve you. We don't leave until
the last course has been served, eaten and cleared. We take all the rubbish
Invariably there is leftover food at our functions. We package the
food and leave it for you. The only exception is with food that should
not be kept too long for health reasons.
At GRiNNERS Catering we always try to assist our customers in
every way. While we don't have specific vegan meals many of our dishes
are suitable. Naturally, we are only too happy to help with a vegetarian
option when required.
When is payment due?
Payment is due on the day of the function.
Payment can be made by cheque or cash and we have facilities for you to pay by
EFT or Credit card. Please note that all credit card payments will
incur a 3% levy.
How much space do you need?
For planning purposes, we will require a space of
about 3x2 metres for numbers up to 75, and 6x3 mtrs for numbers greater than 80.
We are having speeches/presentations between the main
meal and desserts. Will this effect the price?
If you anticipate having speeches between the main
meal and desserts, we ask that you advise us because a staff levy will apply.
If you plan to have your speeches after the main meal and desserts, then no
further costs will be incurred.
